We were so blessed to have Granny stay two whole weeks with us at the first of August. That meant extra stories, an extra playmate, and a very clean house for the Workmans. We always love when Granny comes to town and feel extra fortunate when we get her for a long stretch.
Above many things, Eric and I have always desired that our boys have a special connection with their grandparents. So, what do we do? When we have kiddos, we move them a state away. But both Granny and Meem and Peep have gone above and beyond, making sure they stay connected with their grandsons. Rarely does a month go by that we don't have a visit from at least one set of grandparents. And what a blessing that is, because both boys absolutely adore their grandparents and know that they are loved by them, as well.
The day before Granny left, she treated us all to some jumping at Jump Zone. Workman boys combined with bouncy inflatables makes for a pretty fun morning! Thanks Granny!!
