It's Fun Getting Soaked!!

The picture on the upper left was from a year and a half ago when we took Biz to Dollywood for the first time. One of his favorite spots was the water fountain area. This time, he had more fun trying to soak everyone else.

The picture on the right was from our trip this month.  This time, Sethie accompanied us to Dollywood and he loved it! The water fountains were a huge hit with him, too.

What a fun time he had getting soaked from head to toe and through and through!

We forgot to bring the swim trunks again this year,

but this guy didn't seem to mind!

Water Fun

I don't know who got wetter-the boys or the daddies-while playing in the water at the Songer boys'  cool Discovery Museum birthday party last month.  Unfortunately, I didn't get any good pictures of the soaked daddies, but I did get a couple of shots of the Workman "thinking" tongue in action.

The boys had a fun time with their buddies in the water, eating super cool dinosaur birthday cake, petting some interesting animals, and running all over the museum.

A Preschool Graduate!!

Today was Caleb's preschool graduation and although there were no caps and gowns, the kiddos got to march into "Pomp and Circumstance" courtesy of Mrs. Amy's I-pod.  It was really sweet and Caleb was all smiles!  What a cute program it was!  The class sung us a few of their favorite songs and showed us some of their best moves. They ended with the a final rendition of the "Goodbye song" that they sing at the close of each day together.  *tear*

After the performance, Mrs. Amy presented the kids with their diploma and a scrapbook of the year.  It is a month by month look at their year together, and it is amazing to see how much our little guy has grown over the past eight months.  What a creative and special gift that we will treasure.

Then it was Ice Cream time!  The kids (and adults) had fun making sundaes and hanging out together.

It has been a great year, and we were blessed again with a wonderful teacher who taught Caleb a lot and an amazing school that has helped foster his growth.  He has made some terrific friendships and had a whole lot of fun!

Caleb's time at First Presbyterian Preschool has been so worthwhile, and we are really looking forward to Seth's time there beginning in the fall.
