And the Moment We've All Been Waiting For...

(Okay, actually, I am really the only one who has truly been waiting for this moment.)

It's official...Caleb can now TIE HIS OWN SHOES!!

Victory...for both Biz and Mommy!

Although he was in no hurry to learn to tie his shoes, he sure was an excited boy when he was able to do it on his own.  One day after school last week, we sat down on the couch, got focused, and tried and tried again.  After about the tenth time (and some growling from Caleb), he had it!  No more growling after that.

Tonight Caleb wanted me to take step-by-step pictures of the process.  I cut out a few of the steps for the sake of space, but here are the highlights:

Seth provided us with some shoe tying entertainment.

Ahhh...sweet success. Now, if we can get Seth tying his shoes, we might actually start getting places on time.
